Creep the Halls: Into the Abyss
At the Museum
Tickets are now on sale for our adventuresome 21-and-over Halloween party fundraiser! Creep the Halls: Into the Abyss will celebrate the weird, wonderful, and misunderstood “monsters” of our sea.
Fortified by a signature cocktail, local wine, and delectable appetizers and dessert, you'll play games and seek your fortune on a progressive experience through the heart of our historic campus. Departing from the Museum courtyard at sunset, you'll voyage through our classic Earth and Marine Science exhibits. Pass within a tentacle’s length of our lifelike Giant Squid, revel around the bones of Channel Islands mammoths, and stroll the banks of Mission Creek.
We'll crown the evening with a dance party in beautiful Fleischmann Auditorium—reimagined as Poseidon’s Court—where local legend DJ Darla Bea will curate a deep-sea disco of classic tracks. Like last year, the costume contest is sure to showcase your amazing creativity—and reward the best-dressed guests with fabulous prizes.
