Geology Field Class: Our Geologic Environment
(6 week class) Saturdays, September 15–October 27*
Join Dr. Sabina Thomas for an interactive course that introduces students to the fundamentals of geology and how the local environment has been shaped by Earth’s forces and processes such as earthquakes, plate tectonics, and landslides.
Two classes will be scheduled at the Museum campus and four classes will be off-site at local Santa Barbara mountains and beaches.
$75 Members; $85 non-members
