Ocean Ambassador Beach Cleanups
At East Beach
The Sunday, Oct. 20 cleanup is a Halloween-themed collaboration with Tidy Seas, a local nonprofit entirely dedicated to beach cleanups. Earn treats for trash and enjoy refreshments. Costumes encouraged.
Be part of the solution to marine pollution! Come gain community with fellow ocean-lovers, and earn community service hours if you need them to graduate. The Sea Center hosts beach cleanups on the third Sunday of every month (except December), weather permitting.
Anyone is welcome. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If you can, bring your own gloves and bags.
Meet us on the beach behind the Skater's Point skate park and Palm Park parking lot at East Beach. Participants under 18 will need a waiver signed by their parent/guardian, and children under 14 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.
