Art Meets Science – Coastal Coasters: Acrylic Pour-over at the Sea Center

Dive into ocean science with marine biologist and artist Steve Keller to learn about wave action and shore breaks along our coast. Enjoy a step-by-step in-person workshop on the wharf to create two shoreline-inspired drink coasters with a specialized resin pour-over technique. All supplies provided. Coasters will stay onsite at Sea Center to cure and then will be ready for pick up or shipping on August 3.
In each class in the Art Meets Science series, we brush up on some cool science and then introduce new art media and techniques with a fun interactive workshop. Limited capacity available; this class will sell out.
