Ticketing Help for Members
Are you ready to join us for exclusive Member events, make free reservations to visit the Museum and Sea Center, and sample the full range of our exciting programs?
As a Member, you already have an account in our ticketing system. Don’t know your login info yet? Take control of your account by resetting your password. Follow these steps:
1) Go to our ticketing site. (You can also get to the ticketing site by clicking the TICKETS box in the top right corner on our site.)
2) From the “Choose your events” page, click “Account login” in the top right corner.
3) A popup should appear. Enter the email address associated with your membership in the email field, leave the password field blank, and click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the popup.
4) From the “Reset password” page, enter your email and click “Send reset link.”
5) Check your email for a message from orders@sbnature2.org and follow the link to reset your password.
Troubleshooting
If you don’t receive an email to reset your password, make sure the email you entered is the one associated with your membership. If you're not sure which email address that is, look for emails from the Museum, such as those coming from our info@sbnature2.org about our events. Can't find any emails from us at any of your addresses? Contact us for help at membership@sbnature2.org or call 805-682-4711 ext. 114.
